A swim school based in Salt Rock wanted to renovate an existing undercover outdoor swimming area into a fully enclosed facility.
We took over the project from a previous contractor to assist the client to complete the project to reflect the end vision of the building.
We began by removing the existing sections of Sturdy Block structure and rebuilding.
The walls were built from ground level up to the existing roof with additional Sturdy Blocks.
Lintels and rebars were installed over the windows and door openings and additional structural concrete. The windows and doors were installed.
A white finish flashing was installed over the wall top to roof to give the building a neat and tidy finish.
One coat of Coprox Dualcoat was applied to the internal and external walls by block brush application and finished in vertical brush strokes. Interior and exterior wall were painted with a beautiful blue with white window frames.
The end result is an all weather indoor pool which allows the swim school keep the pool temperature even for their young learners and hold classes – no matter the weather!
